Interaction rules
Who may message whom, and in which kind of conversation. Anything not listed is never allowed — for example HCP to HCP, agency to HCP or MSL to patient. You can switch a rule off to tighten it, never add one. Locked rules carry a legal obligation.
Data protection requests
Requests from the people whose data the platform holds. Answer within one month. A request cannot be handled by the person who made it.
